Chuck, a Kansas City MO native, had the good fortune to discover California while based here as a pilot in the Navy. Moving to San Francisco following the service he met and married Lynne Schonwasser, a Ross Grade School and Drake High School graduate. They moved to Marin County over 30 years ago. Chuck has been in theatrics at Ross School and has coached many little league and soccer teams. Chuck's years of sales experience has taught him that his clients always come first but that successful negotiations typically end in a win/win situation. This experience, coupled with his sense of humor, tends to make all parties in a transaction look for solutions rather than dwelling on problems. His philosophy is always to strive for success... not stress.
