Ave. Kentfield, CA 94904 Dear Nancie, I have probably written a letter like this only a couple of times in my life, but exuberant feelings demand I write now. My wife Charlotte and I are so pleased with the time and effort put forth by David Subke in successfully finding us a marvelous home. Our move to Corte Madera 3 years ago from St. Louis happened quickly. It took us time to sell some properties which allowed us to start looking to buy here. Meanwhile we were renting on Christmas Tree Hill - a great home that certainly biased us to the area. Our living here gave us some perspective on the endeavor of buying in the area but once we got into the process it was still a surprisingly emotional challenge due to the current frantic market. David was always there for us during the hunt. We had given him quite the challenge; our new home had to be south of San Rafael, preferably on a hill, and a desired price under $400,000. And it got worse, whether he knew it or not, the more we looked the more we realized we just didn't want to be off this hill to which we had become so attached. I can't imagine a tighter set of parameters for him to have dealt with. David has probably reported most of the details of our hunt and the successful conclusion; if not, ask him, it's a great story. Charlotte and I both want to express our deep appreciation of David's many talents. He knows the Marin market. He showed an incredible amount of patience with us and taught us the same. He came to know our needs and desires very well and was consistently and incredibly positive throughout. It's rare to find someone as professional.
