Phillip Baldwin Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota; transplanted at the tender age of four to Southern California to become an alumni of Pasadena City High School then migrate north to join the first class of the San Francisco California Culinary Academy to be "knighted" classical Chef. A twenty five year culinary career included the San Francisco Hyatt Regency, The El Paseo Restaurant, O'Leary's Seafood Grill, both in Mill Valley; Melons Catering Company in Sausalito and Chef/Owner of Blimp's in Fairfax; Five years as Food Service Director of YMCA Point Bonita outdoor educational facility in the Marin Headlands. Philip is a Bay Area resident since 1971; nine year Mill Valley resident and a Fairfax homeowner since 1990; Father of two bright, energetic children, Mary and Arthur, both graduates of Drake High School. Mary a 2006 UCSB graduate in Psychology and a Brazilian Ironman Triathlete. 2008 is Arthur's first year at Cabrillo College in Aptos, CA. 2007, Philip married Jenny (Hong), a native of Chongching, China. Hong is learning English and Philip is learning Mandarin. A property owner and investor, Philip will openly share his real estate knowledge and expertise to insure you receive the best possible transaction results. He will work tirelessly for you; negotiate as if it were for himself and carefully listen to understand your needs and desires. In addition to being a early, enthusiastic proponent of the slow food movement, Philip is a music lover, avid biker, hiker and aspiring gardener. |
